Processing Method – Natural
The natural process is one of the oldest and most artisanal methods in coffee production. After handpicking only ripe cherries, the fruits are spread out to sun-dry as whole cherries on raised beds or clean patios. Over 2–3 weeks, the sugars and enzymes from the fruit pulp are gradually absorbed into the beans, enhancing their sweetness, body, and fruit-forward profile.
After drying, the cherries are hulled, sorted, graded, and quality checked before packaging. The result is a coffee with rich, fruity complexity, distinctive of naturally processed Arabicas.
