Tapioca Flour Production Process 

1. Choose cassava tubers: choose tubers that are moderately large, have smooth skin, are evenly tapered, and must be cassava tubers that have just been unloaded from the field to ensure freshness.
2.Clean cassava roots: wash, scrape and rinse several times with clean water. .
3. Grind the cassava root and coarsely filter it: the cassava is completely ground by machine, then coarsely filtered and squeezed to get powder, squeezed dry, and the residue removed.
4. Starch filtration: from coarse filtered starch water, going through many stages of filtration with increasing number of layers of filter fabric, you will get fine filtered starch water.
5. Take the powder: after the filtered powder water is clean and white, proceed with the process of settling and draining the water (after about 6 to 8 times like this) to obtain a layer of pure, white powder.
6. The dough is spread thinly into a specialized tray and placed in a cold oven at the appropriate temperature until dry.
