Tapioca Flour Production Process
1. Choose cassava tubers: choose tubers that are moderately large, have smooth skin, are evenly tapered, and must be cassava tubers that have just been unloaded from the field to ensure freshness.
2.Clean cassava roots: wash, scrape and rinse several times with clean water. .
