To ensure the highest quality, our Robusta beans go through multiple stages of cleaning and sorting:
Impurity Removal: Stones, twigs, and fruit skins are removed after milling.
Color Sorting: Black and defective beans are eliminated using advanced color sorting machines.
Size Grading: Beans are sorted by size with over 90% retention on screen 16 (6.3mm) for uniformity.
